When we slow down and deepen our inhales and exhales, not only do we take in the oxygen that our bodies need to function well, but this practice also deepens our physical connection to spirit.  

As you move throughout the day, check in with yourself to see how you are breathing.  If you find yourself holding your breath or taking shallow breaths, take a few moments to readjust.  You also align your energy to health when you do so. 

The more you bring awareness to the breath, the more you will find anxiety melting.  You will move into a calm rhythmic cycle, simply from breathing more deeply throughout the day, everyday.  Your body and cells with thank you for it too.
